The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our clientele. You may choose only those items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.
If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for within this contract, we will explain in writing, on the statement we provide, describing the cremation/funeral goods and services you selected at time of need.
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials with or without an outside coverings. (The containers we provide are fiberboard containers).

BASIC SERVICES FEE
- $157.00 This fee includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service, arrangement conference with family or responsible party, preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits, recording vital statistics; coordination with those providing other portions of the service, e.g. crematory and others. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, equipment and inventory costs.
- CREMATION (The Process) $158.00
- TRANSPORTATION $174.50
This includes removal of the deceased from place of death within a 20 mile radius of our facility. (Additional mileage is $3.00 per mile.)
- REPOSITORY FACILITY $60.00
A few days will elapse from the time of death until cremation is completed. This time span necessitates refrigeration, since we do not offer embalming.

The survivor of the deceased who is handling the funeral arrangements, or the responsible party, is entitled to receive, prior to the drafting of any contract, copy of any preneed agreement that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the deceased, and that is in the possession of the funeral establishment.
DIRECT BURIAL
Basic Services Fee of Director and Staff $895.00
Our fee for the services of direct burial include, but is not limited to, director and staff, staff to respond to initial request for service, arrangement for funeral preparation and filling of necessary authorizations and permits, recording vital statistics, coordination with the Cemetery, overhead expenses, secretarial, administrative cost, equipment and inventory costs. This fee for our Basic Services and overhead will be added to the total cost of funeral arrangements you select.
